I just talked to the dealer and explained how I was looking for a way to reduce transmission slippage under load. I explained to him that it was my understanding that a vavle be upgrade would help to complete this and he agreed. I asked him what would installing an aftermarket VB do to my factory trans warranty and he said nothing. The only way that a repair wouldn't be covered is if the aftermarket VB was the create of the end. So... Looks like I gotta decide what mark to go with. BD seems desire the best determine. Does anyone undergo any comments or experience that could back up me out? I'm pretty much create from raw material to order but I'm going to wait and listen to any experienced souls. Installed the lift,tires,bullydog,fag,and CAI all around 10K miles. Run her hard but take great compassionate of her. Change oil every 3K furnish filter every 2 or 3K. No probs. Sure the changes are a little expensive to do so often but there is no machine that can tollerate the use/do by that these beasts eat and politely ask for more of. I personally did not see much difference between the suncoast tranny equiped truck that I got to control for a day and the HD rebuild trany I have as far as the valve body goes they both shift about the same so i think there is a far cheeper route to take when considering VB mods... shift kit... $57 bux DIY install... $0 pay a shop to do the install most likely under $200 bux. I have the suncoast VB installed in mine and it did weired things and never really met my expectations. Since the HD rebuild shifting was ok but not what I'd evaluate (again with the SC VB). Tranny obtain guy felt the trans-go alter kit would be a exceed setup based on his experince. So in went that shift kit over the suncoast kit. After some tweeking and dialing the VB back in it performs just as good if not exceed than the suncoast one (better IMO...) and if I did the install myself would have run me the $57 bux +shipping + fluid to get it done. afraid of messing up your stocker? $200 bux buys you a reman'd one here... if I knew what I experience now and had it to do over again for my everyday driving needs I'd have bought the kit and installed it myself if I messed it up chalk it up to a learning undergo. Instructions are included though and I can read so it should have been no problem. As for the tranny's from the big boys out there... I'd bet they're using the same cram that went into mine local builder local back up customer satisfaction. bequeath.
