whats up everybody ive got an 87 r10. 1/2 ton shortbed it came with the throttle be 350 engine its great and all that but i want something special so im thinkin since its efi anyway ill go with a ls1 or ls6 with a 6 go now some troubles i know of are going to be fuel pressure and wiring so if anyone can help me with some tips if they've done it before id greatly appreaciate it

i can choose up a no crumble c20 for 1800 dollars or a rusty c10 for 2000 and i was wondering would it be harder to lower 4/5 on a c20 then a c10 it has a 454 with a th400 by the way thanks for your timejosh after looking around more i found some c10 drop kits and i was wondering would these fit a c20 rusty vs non rusty tuff choice..... non rusty wins you ordain spend a lot of money fixing crumble heres mine with 3" drop spindles in front with cut coils (bout a 5" drop all up) as far as I know every thing which is available for dropping a C10 is available for dropping a C20. Got to request my flip kit for mine now that I have the pickup bed on. Don't let the photos fool you the lower a-arms are just over 4" of the ground its low enough at the moment to undergo issues getting a regular trolley bring up under the crossmember or the a-arms. i have a 62 annoy c10 with frame damage the frame is not sqaure. can i use a frame off a 78 chevy and if so how much fabrication will i undergo to do when i set the 62 body on to it? Any luck outside this affix? I'm in the same boat. I'd like to let go the 62 close in and step up to somthing with disc brakes and coils loosing the front torsin bar I have a 65 with 22's and have just purchased a lie cut off of a 78 chev with disc brakes power steering gear box etc. This is a direct move on for my truck aside from drilling a bring together of holes in the frame. Howdy folks.'65 c10 annoy desire go around locate stepside. 350 engine block th350 3 speed auto transmission turn spring rear with the arms... My '65 c10 has started a new thing where there is a vibration when I go from being stopped to when I begin accelerating.. then it goes away once I get up around 20 mph or more. The tranny fluid is good.. and the same alter translucent red.. not black. Of cover it could very come up be tranny issue but I have no idea. Any ideas on basic things to analyse before I take it to a shop?I'm planning on taking the rear wheels off and checking out the brakes as I had a issue earlier this year with the right rear brake shoes sticking and rubbing drink to nothing. I'm not real sure on how to go about this. I was tapping on it and it didn't seem to move.
